TS4_X64 FILE MISSING - PLEASE HELP!

Hey simmers! 

OK, so in the past i've downloaded all of the sims 4 expansion with ease, but I recently got a new computer (after my old one concked out, and i didn't get to back anything up UGH), so right now I'm in the process of re-installing the sims games. 

Anyway, I downloaded TS4 Get To Work, and when I unzipped the folder the TS4_X64 file is missing. Inside Game>Bin is just TS4 and TS4.par. Therefore I cannot fully copy the expansion to the base game folder. I've already disabled all anti-virus software, re-intalled the expansion, but still no success. HELP!

TS4_x64.exe didn't show up untill Get Together. So it's quite logical you can't find it in Get to Work.
