I have searched through the forum to make sure that I am not posting a question that has already been asked, but seeing as how I followed the how to install sims 4 correctly today I have a feeling it has not been asked.


Anywho, I have followed every direction to the T and am still receiving the following

Unable to start: Initialization error at start up.

I have also changed the original 'Game' folder to 'Game_' and deleted the origin.dll things as well, as well as checked all of my DLC to be sure nothing was broken etc and all is peachy keen except for this error.

hey, i too have this same problem. as i dont see any replies or anymore message im guessing you figured out the issue? if so can you let me know what you did as i have the exact same error, ive done everything also and keep getting same message
