New expansion packs does not show up in game

Hi!
I was just trying to install the newest expansion packs (Laundry day stuff, Jungle Adventure, My first pet stuff and the newest update), I followed the instrucions both on the site and in the word doc but it still doesn't show up in game

When they don't show up. they are not installed.
