Update 1.42.30.1020 sims never cook meals now

this is the first bug i encounter in the game after update
the sim takes forever to cook
and the meal never done
not sure why but still looking
if anyone know or encounter same things let me know what steps you did to fix it or follow up until we find a way to fix it

problem solved
it was due a mods to allow child to use stove and cook and gril
