@Tarac I thought you might find these tools helpful to add to your zlOrigin page, i got them from admin lennie on the zlOrigin discord server.

goodbyedpi-0.0.6.zip: file fixes issues if you can't connect to zclient    -    

DelOriginCache_.bat:  .bat file to clear your Origin / zlOrigin cache       -    

I almost forgot...

the following file removes all those annoying DLC pages from the main menu screen.

How can I open ReticulatedSplinesView ?
Aso can you explain in more detail what these programs actually do.
Clearing the cache results in all DLC's being checked again, so what's the benefit ?

yeah, sorry... was a little vague. A.D.D. moment lol

clear cache is sometimes suggested for download errors. it deletes the game files, so you can restart the download.

as far as reticulated spines, theres nothing to open. you place it in your Documents main sims 4 folder, overwrite the one thats in there. that gets rid of all those annoying popups on the main menu showing all the DLC's you have and the descriptions. with that file in your sims 4 folder, you no longer need to close them everytime you start the sims 4 in zlorigin.

heres the file definition according to Crinricts sims 4 help blog:

ReticulatedSplinesView: Keeps track of what purchases have been shown to the user on startup (i.e. the New items are available in game screens). Deleting this file will result in these being shown again on next launch.

goodbye DPI, all i know is what i said. it's suggested to people who cant connect to zclient.

that file i never used myself, i just seen it in discord many times, so i grabbed it for myself just incase i someday needed it, so i wouldnt have to ask and wait who knows how long for a response.

I have no problem if you use em or not, just thought i'd pass em on just in case, since you had the page.

If you are concerned about people reporting this particular Google-account, feel free to send interesting stuff to other G4TW team members through e-mail/PM, straight away. They will then either post the entire thread themselves, or submit their own links to you which you can then use in your post (i.e. without having to use your own filesharing account). 

I also posted an alternative link for all the 3 items under your opening post, and have meanwhile also hidden the actual Googledrive links.

Sorry for the late response, i must have made this post before one of my lengthy loss of interest moments where i disappear based on my lack of sims 4 interest at the time which tends to happen often with this game, and i forgot about the post. why i said what i said about the google drive links was 2 fold. lack of space, as well as due to the fact i can be forgetful, i wouldnt trust myself to remember that i made this post and needed the links for the post to remain valid.

I used to post sims on the official sims gallery and would link an RAR file with all needed custom content included in the file, and even forgot about that and deleted them from my drive, making downloading my sims useless. woops lol

Ah, that. Yes, I've seen similar cases from download links in older threads, which were not available anymore. We will try downloading these items as soon as they are posted on the Forums here...because later on we indeed may not get the opportunity to do so.
