anadius repack DLC's not installing - legit game working fine

Hi, having issues installing the DLC's from the anadius repack - wondering if someone can help!

I have a legit base game bought and installed through Origin. I'm trying to install all the DLC's, so have downloaded all the dlc *.xbin from the repack. Have also downloaded _setup*.exe and helper_tools.rar. I've run the _setup*.exe (without moving anything out of my downloads folder) and chosen the Sims4 folder location (tried both Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4 and Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4). The setup finishes fine, no issues, and the game loads up and plays without errors (tried starting from the origin client and from the TS4_x64 application in the Game\Bin). None of the dlc are showing up ingame or appear to have installed though - not sure what I'm doing wrong!

Any help would be greatfully appreciated.

Installing to "Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4" wasn't good idea, that's where saves, mods, etc. go. Please open that folder and delete "__Installer" and all "EP*", "SP*" and "GP*" folders.

You know what you're doing wrong? You're starting the game through Origin. Starting through the original exe also starts the game through Origin.

Follow this:
First of all disable automatic updates in Origin.

1. Make a copy of Game folder, name it Game-cracked
2. Install DLCs. (you already did it so you can skip this step)
3. From no-origin-fix file extract the crack to Game-cracked (it should replace two files - if it doesn't, you're placing it in the wrong folder)
4. Close Origin and run the game from Game-cracked folder

And when there's a new update/DLC:
1. Wait for the crack
2. Delete Game-cracked
3. Update your game through Origin
+ 4 steps from previous list.

I've followed your instructions so far, but the no-origin-fix zip is encrypted and requires a password?

I already included password in my repack thread as well as in README.txt file.

Apologies - missed that the first time round.

Have extracted the no-origin-fix file to Game-cracked and files were replaced, but when I try to start the game (from Game-cracked) I get two errors:

Origin seems to be running. No communication with Orange is possible. 

The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142). Click OK to close the application. 

Origin was exited (not just closed, and it is not running within task manager), so unsure how the first error is possible and not sure what the reference to Orange is...

Wondering if it's worth uninstalling and starting again fresh..?

Test if it works after each step and comment if it changed the error you're getting:
1. Open task manager and close anything that starts with "Origin".
2. Add "Game-cracked\Bin" folder to your anti-virus exception list.
3. Block the cracked exe in your firewall.

BTW do you get "Hello ;)" message before the one with 0xc0000142 code?

1. No application nor program running in task manager for Origin
2. Game-cracked\bin added to exception list

Game tested after adding to exception list (and before adding to firewall) - now starts up and all expansions look to now be installed and working! Thank you for your help and patience

For info, there was no 'Hello' message - just two messages, one stating Origin was running, the other with the 0xc code.
