Re: The Sims 4 in unable to start
Do you have Origin downloaded on your computer? If so, make sure you close it completely and try disabling your antivirus. Then try again, running TS4 as an administrator. This usually fixes most of the problems.
Also, have you recently downloaded any new patches or something like that?
Try doing what I said, until someone of the moderators replies.
Good luck!

Re: The Sims 4 in unable to start
Hi there, what you must do is go to My Document, electronic arts, the sims 4, there are a lot of files, delete the one that says Game version. Try to run the game again

Re: The Sims 4 in unable to start
Probably you updated your game with Origin or ZLOrigin and you now try to start the cracked G4TW-version of the Sims 4.
When you have separate folders for the different types of the game, open the Origin or ZLOrigin version, go to Game ->Bin and copy the file Default.ini over to your cracked version Game ->Bin.
If that's not the case, then follow the advice @Loonieloose offered above.

Re: The Sims 4 in unable to start
Well, the error-message clearly indicates that there is a conflict in versions.
Deleting GameVersion from your folder Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 must do the "trick"
