Sims 4 will not open after dl

I dl Sims 4 and all dlc from here and followed the rules on the forum. I can not get it to open. I have tried running as administrator and not. I have restarted my computer a couple of times and nothing. I am trying to start it from the games folder. In task manager it shows that it is running as a background process. But doesn't actually open. For some reason I have 3 game folders in my Sims 4 folder. I dont know if I am supposed to or not but I do. And I followed the instructions here. I also renamed the original game folder to game_. 
I dont know what else to do. I am at a loss and really frustrated as The Sims is my favorite game. Please help!!!

When I try to launch the game now it says that Origin is running(It is not even on my computer.)
    Then it says "No communication with Orange is possible".    Then it gives me this error code "oxoooo142"
I am SO over this. I have spent hours trying to get it to work. Can someone PLEASE help me out? 

I don't think you're supposed to have 3 of the same folders within the main folder...make sure to exit origin before you launch.

Origin isnt on my computer. Does it need to be?
Also, The original game folder is now game_.
I took the other 2 out to see if it would work that way and it still did not work.

I deleted all Sims 4 from my computer and going to attempt to reinstall everything. Some info would be appreciated!!

Some people have pointed out that you can open the BIOS and then turn off the option that says "Virtualization". Look in your computer's manual how to access the BIOS. Usually you have to press and hold down a certain button on the keyboard while the computer is off, and then turn on the computer. Keep the button pressed until a menu opens, which is the BIOS. You can then navigate through the BIOS with the arrow keys, and manipulate settings by means of the Enter-key.
