Sims doesn't respond to actions

Each time I try to make my sim do an action, it just stands there. It says it registers but doesn't go through.

Have you guys played the game without any mods or cc? If not, try it first. Move your mods, tray and safes folders to the desktop and play ore name your Documents/Electronic Arts/The sims 4 to The Sims 4_ and run it again. ( Documents! NOT Program ) If problem persists you know you have some borked content.You must than find it. Good luck.

same. and its kind of laggy. i dont know why tho.

Well I don't have any mods. Only custom music.
Usually there was an action stuck in the bottom that make the sims can't do any action after that, even delete that bug action won't make the bug action disappear. It can be solved with exit to main menu and reload the household but it kind of annoying cause happened often. Though sometimes other following actions still be executed but the bug action will in the bottom with X sign over it. This happen after I installed seasons I think. Anyone have same problem?
