My Sims can't do any actions!!

Ok,so when I click on an object like the sink or the bed they can do that action,but when I click on another Sim there are no actions to pop-up.Shortly,my Sims can't socialize.Please,help me...

Hi! Are there any mods or CC installed in your game? If there is, remove them and see if it's working now. Or you could try creating a new game and see if the problem persists. Usually it's mod related, though if you have no mods installed do update the forum here and there might be a solution somewhere.
