White Screen when opening TS4
Whenever I open TS4, It always starts up with a blank white screen with a loading cursor, and proceeds to crash moments later.
I've installed it properly and followed all of the instructions that came with the RARs, yet it still acts like this.
I've checked the config and this it what it says;
=== Graphics device info ===
Number: 0
Name (driver): NVIDIA GeForce MX150
Name (database): [Found: 0, Supported: 1]
And I've tried to put the graphics at the lowest option possible in GeForce Experience, but it still shows up white, so can anyone tell me how to fix this? I don't want 4 whole days of my effort to download this go to waste.

Re: White Screen when opening TS4
I can only find 3 Geforce MX-series graphic cards and the all three state Unsupported.
When you give me the details below the line Found 0 Supported 1 can try to get a solution to your problem
The line starting with Chipset: Vendor
Something simular to this
Chipset: Vendor: 10de, Device: 0a22, Board: 1141174b, Chipset: 00a2

Re: White Screen when opening TS4
Card is pretty old, but al least you can try this (I cannot guarantee success though)michelybonitinha wrote:boomph
Donwload THIS SMALL FILE
Then open your installation folder of the Sims 4 -> Open Game -> Open bin
Copy the just downloaded file to Bin, overwriting the existing GraphicsCards.sgr

Re: White Screen when opening TS4
Just like some other person, you're missing base game files.
Download The Sims 4 base game installer (G4TW version or mine). Install it to other folder than your current installation and copy those missing files to your current Sims 4 installation folder:
data/client/clientfullbuild0.package
data/client/clientfullbuild1.package
data/client/clientfullbuild2.package
data/client/clientfullbuild3.package
data/client/clientfullbuild4.package
data/client/clientfullbuild5.package
data/client/clientfullbuild6.package
data/client/clientfullbuild7.package
data/client/clientfullbuild8.package
data/client/magalog.package
You can skip "game/bin/orangeemu.dll" since you're using 64-bit version of the game, right?
And lastly you can remove those unknown files.
