I've installed the Sims 3 base game in Local Disk (D) due to the lack of space in my Local Disk (C), and the game works fine. But the problem starts when im trying to install the sims 3 expansion pack. it says that the base game is not properly installed or has corrupted. what can i do to solve this problem? can anyone please guide me with step by step procedure to solve this?

Hello,
Are you installing the expansion to your D: drive as well?
I've installed everything on D: myself, it shouldn't be a problem.

Hello,

Side-note: did you drag & drop the game folder(s) from the C:\ drive to the D:\ drive? Or did you directly install to the D:\ drive?
