Glassless windows on thunderstorms Empty Glassless windows on thunderstorms

Hey guys!So as stated in the title,as soon as the weather turns into a thunderstorm the windows seem to be glassless but only from the exterior view..I have already tried taking out any mods and cc but the problem still occurs,so I guess this is a bug from the game itself..Anyone else having this issue or is it just me???
