Sims 4 Get to work problem with doctor career

Please, I'm stuck in level 8 of the doctor career. ThE task is to deliver a baby but there is no pregnant sim around. How do I solve this? Thank you.

Thank you. I got tired of tired of waiting and used the promotion cheat. Although, the task still comes up and no pregnant sim shows up, it's no longer a promotion task.
