Can't make Holidays

I am unable to add any holidays, when I hit OK, it won't save it.
Any suggestions?

Try running the game without mods. Or better go to "Documents\Electronic Arts" and rename "The Sims 4" folder so your game starts completely fresh.
If that works, update your mods and CC. SimsVIP has a list of broken/updated mods, Sims 4 Studio can fix most of CC.
If that still doesn't help, try this and post the result here.

I tried restarting my game after disabling mods and CC and the result remained the same. I can try uninstalling all CC for the meantime and see if that changes anything, but something tells me that there's something more that's wrong.

Don't just disable the mods, do what I said.
Validator shows nothing's wrong with your files. You can delete those "Game_" folders to clean up a bit. That missing .dll file should not be a problem if you run the game with TS4_x64.exe
