Sims 3 base game through Origin and download cracked expansion packs? [SOLVED]

Basically, I'm worried about messing up my game as I'm not exactly tech savvy. I've saw a few topics similar to mine but I'm not entirely sure I understand what I need to do. So if someone would break it down for me like the dummy I happen to be, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

Oh! And does the same method apply to Sims 4?

I'm pretty new around here but from what I've picked up, the Sims 3 packs can be mixed with copies from discs and from origin. I also know from experience that the Sims 4 needs to be all the way one or the other, the legit base game doesn't mix with torrented expansions.

If your using our cracked versions you should have no problems mixing them with legit installs of the Sims 3. I don't play the Sims 4 any more, but I don't see why you couldn't mix legit installs with our releases.. Just make sure to follow the instructions we include.

What would I have to do to install the packs and expansions I downloaded from here to install with my 1.69 version of the base game from Origin?

After I posted, I decided to go ahead and install the packs and other stuff..It worked!!!! Been playing it and haven't had an issue....
