Endless loading menu screen

Hey guys!

So i can install all the DLCs to Jungle Adventure and its working.After i tried several times to install the rest of the DLCs but i got the endless loading menu screen stuff.I followed the how to install sims 4 correctly post all steps but its doesnt help.So the problem is:i cant play with the Seasons,My first pet stuff,the rest is working.Can u guys help me?

First of all install the newest update available (1.44.88.1020). Then delete "Game" folder from your Sims 4 installation directory and download fresh one from here.

Thanks for the tip but i only got that endless loading screen.I dont know whats wrong with this.

So everything's fine with your game installation folder.

Go to "Documents\Electronic Arts" and rename "The Sims 4" folder to "The Sims 4_".

We just had TeamViewer session but still didn't solve the problem.

Things tried:
Deleting "Game" directory and replacing with new one. Validator says all files in game installation folder are ok.
Deleting "Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4" folder.
Disabling fullscreen optimizations.
Running the game in Windows 7 compatibility mode.
Blocking exe and crack dll files in firewall.
Running in windowed mode (I just changed one line in Options.ini).
Re-creating registry values with help of __Installer\Touchup.exe.

None of those worked. I also suggested creating new Windows account and running the game on it and disabling virtualization in BIOS/UEFI. We'll see how this works.

If anyone has any other ideas, please share.
