do i need to download each pack or can i just do the update one since it has all the packs included?

Not possible with G4TW releases - you have to download everything.
But you can install base game and then full patch from here.

i did that then my video card went out or my monitor not sure i just posted about it need help in tryin to find a new video card for it and then have my bestie put it in
