Added the fixed Game file and still having infinite loading

I only intended to go as far as Vampires for now, so I followed the instillation instructions and got the previous DLC.

City living

I played while vampires was downloading and the game worked perfectly fine for me, no issues at all. It's when I added the update that the infinite loading hit me.

I came here and read the post and got the replacement game file since I don't really want to go farther with the DLC and it's still happening. I'm not connected to the internet with the game.
