computer UI wont pop up

Hi my computer UI won't pop up for some reason. I have tried re-installing all the expansions(including deleting the game folder and installing the fixed one after the toddler vampire update) but it still didn't help. here are my validator results.

Delete "Game" folder, then apply the latest Update and "Game" folder. Both can be downloaded from here.

Hi anadius1, thanks for the quick reply! I tried doing exactly those things but it still did not work. Are there any other steps that I am missing?

I will post the results of the validator again now that I have applied the latest update and the game folder. Will update as soon as it's completed

Are you sure you're copying the latest update from "The Sims 4 Seasons - Update 1.46.18.1020.iso"?

Okay, my mistake. Apply Seasons, then Update again.

Ok thank you I will do that. Should I apply the ZLOrigin game folder after applying the update as well?
