Sims 4 Spa Day Activities

I recently downloaded and installed each of the sims 4 packs following the guide. Everything is working great except the Spa Day expansion. In CAS all male items come up as question marks in the thumbnails, but show properly on the sim. However when my sims do yoga or meditate they simply stop where they are and begin doing yoga or meditating, they do not use the mat or stool. If anyone has experienced or solved this input would be appreciated.

Download and extract files I sent you in PM to your game installation directory.
Delete "Game_" folder.
Delete those files:
