The game stop working Empty The game stop working

I use the ultimate fix and the crack in the sims 3 master suite stuff torrent. I open the game fine, and I can start a new game, and play, but when i want to place something in the house the game crash???? what can I do?

Hello,
There's a problem with the Master Suite stuff crack that causes build/buy mode crashes, so if you reapply the latest fix, (updated January 25th), this problem should be solved.
