Hello

Since the update 1.46 , I can't open my sims 4 game, the game opens and closes befor the loading screen without error code, I changed the game file and removed the mods and nothing changes.

So I use the validator :

It looks like you didn't update your game, you just downloaded new "Game" folder. Update is "The Sims 4 Seasons - Update 1.46.18.1020.iso" file that weights 5,1GB. You either extracted the wrong thing or extracted it to the wrong directory.

Delete "EP2/Game" and "Game_" folders, apply Update 1.46.
