Sims 4 won't start up

I've been fighting this error for the last few days. After reinstalling the Sims 4 to the latest version (Get Famous) the pop up always appears when I try to start the game. I've tried doing many things, of course, I first tried to look for solutions on this Sims 4 Support forum, but with no luck.

I'm on a Windows 86x

What pop up?

Run the validator (in quick scan mode) and post the result here.

And since you're on 32-bit Windows the game will most probably crash if you try to play with all DLCs. You can use my DLC toggler: https://www.games4theworld.club/t33008-the-sims-4-language-changer-and-dlc-toggler

The pop up was as follows: "The contents of your user data directory were created by a newer version of the Sims 4 and cannot be loaded. Please update your game via Origin to play."
For some reason, when I tried to open TS4, it didn't have the previous pop up but now just have a black screen for a few seconds and then it crashes.

Delete those folders:
ep02/__installer
ep02/support
game
game_
gp03/# language registry files
gp03/__installer

And then apply Get Famous and the latest update. Your game version is 1.44.77.1020 so you didn't do it properly. Here are links in case you deleted it already:
