getting error code "22"

when I install get to work to base game getting an error code "22"  have reinstalled base card and get to work 2 more time  HELP

Did you install The Sims 4 on this computer before? It seems you have saves from when you had newer version of the game. If you don't care about them, delete "Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4".

Yes I had it on same computer. Deleted and uninstalled everything I could find. Then installed the Sims 4 base came from GRTW website. Played it for a couple days. Then installed Get to work. started playing the Sims again error 22 came up and game said "the save game you are attempting to load was saved with a newer version of the Sims 4 than is currently installed. Please update in order to safely load this save game "

Then move "Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4" to desktop, run the game (it will create that folder from scratch), close the game and copy "Desktop\The Sims 4\saves" to newly created "Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4".

I move the whole folder in documents"electronic arts"
