Is anyone else having issues playing the game? I can get into the game, play around in CAS, but I can't just hit play or I'll get either a blank screen or no family/option to load one (or manage worlds). And if I make a new one, once I get to the move in process, the game crashes.

Remove mods from "Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods".

Did you read the purple text at the bottom of new update post? https://www.games4theworld.club/t33940-the-sims-4-update-version-1-46-18-1020-out-now

If downloading the "Game" folder doesn't help, try using validator and post the result here.

I didn't delete my game folder, so that wasn't the issue. Although I'm thinking after running Validator I might just need to do a full reinstall and redownload the update...

Nah, don't reinstall it. "game/bin/rld.dll" is the culprit but just to be sure delete all files listed as unknown. So whole "Base_Game" folder and
game/bin/core/imageformats/msvcp100.dll
game/bin/core/imageformats/msvcr100.dll
game/bin/core/imageformats/msvcr100d.dll
game/bin/core/msvcp100.dll
game/bin/core/msvcr100.dll
game/bin/core/winhttp.dll
game/bin/origins.ini
game/bin/python/deployed.zip
game/bin/rld.dll
game/bin/rldorigin.dll
game/bin/rldorigin.ini
game/bin/rldorigin_ext.dll
game/bin/rldorigin_x64.dll
game/bin/rldorigin_x64_ext.dll
game/bin/ts4.par
game/bin/zupdaterx32.dll
game/bin/zupdaterx64.dll

Since the OP solved their problem apparently, I'll close this now. Everybody else please open a new topic on your own, describing what you did, etc. Smile
