I cannot use the household downloaded from our gallery (with report of the validator)

When I try to replace the standard household with those downloaded from our gallery, the CAS turns grey and the game crashes.

That's not the report. Open validator page again, in first file selector select what you just sent here (.md5 file), in second file selector select your game installation directory.

Uh, you messed up with your "GP06" (Jungle Adventure) folder. Seems like you copied files from "Delta\GP06" to "GP06"...
Delete "Game", "Game_old" and "GP06" folders. Apply Jungle Adventure, My First Pet Stuff, Seasons and Update 1.46.18.1020.
