Can't Access Sims Computer

Noticed after latest update that when i click on a computer in my game, nothing happens. Sims will use the computer on their own, but i do not get a radial menu when i click it. i have tried resetting my Documents data and turning off mods.

I have been playing the game for a few years and updating according to the instructions without any problems. I am hoping that, short of re-downloading the whole sims collection again and reinstalling, someone might have another idea to try?

You didn't update according to instructions. You didn't install Laundry Day Stuff, Jungle Adventure, My First Pet Stuff and Seasons.

You can download G4TW releases (19.5GB) or try my repack (5.04GB). If you decide to use my repack make backup of your shaders since my installer deletes content of "Game\Bin" before installing.



Validator got really long because you keep files inside your game installation folder that are not originally there. Folders:
"The SIMS 4\Documents"
"The SIMS 4\The Sims 4"
"The SIMS 4\language.3dm"
"The SIMS 4\ts4 mod manager"

Files:
"The SIMS 4\3dmgame.txt" and "The SIMS 4\leeme.txt" - just a text files
"The SIMS 4\easetup - copy.exe" and "The SIMS 4\easetup.exe" - don't need them if you use my repack
"The SIMS 4\the sims 4.md5"
"The SIMS 4\ts4_update_1.30.105_multilangpatch_setup-0.bin", "The SIMS 4\ts4_update_1.30.105_multilangpatch_setup-1.bin" and "The SIMS 4\ts4_update_1.30.105_multilangpatch_setup.exe" - You're the second person I see with those multilang patches. You don't need them. Just install official updates from CODEX and apply language strings. I upload them here, G4TW crew keeps one for the newest version here.


There are also unnecessary files in your "Game\Bin" folder (except for your shader files):
rldorigin.dll
rldorigin.ini
rldorigin_ext.dll
rldorigin_x64.dll
rldorigin_x64_ext.dll
Those are files from previous crack. And I don't know where you got those "ts4_x64 *.bmp" files from.

Thanks! i forgot i had shaders installed for a bit back in the day. i could have sworn i had all the updates, but i guess not. thank you again. i think i can probably take it from here.
