Llamas everywhere and I cant move my family to a house.

So basically I followed the instructions very clearly and did everything but after I installed cats & dogs when I made my family and when I was going to move them to a house at the map there were llamas everywhere but I just ignored them then when I moved them to a house sims just crashed.

Please help. I'm downloading the other dlcs right now.

Welcome to the Forum,

Since you seem to be installing the game from scratch, I don't assume you are using any mods or other CC. So let's try this here for the moment. Please DELETE the subfolder "Game", from wherever your The Sims 4 install folder is located. Then download a fresh one under this link here:

And put it in the same place as the folder you deleted. Try the game again, then. Good luck, and do keep us posted!
