How can i find the sims that moved to "Not in world"?

Hey,
My sim became to an adult and i moved him from the household,
Now i want to move him to another house but i can't find him...
How can i find him now?

Hello,
When you are viewing the map of the neighborhood, press the F4 key (or just open your "Library"). Do you see your sim, there?

Then I'm afraid the sim is gone/deleted by the game. Maybe someone has a second opinion though.
