Sims 4 not able to start a game (with report)

Sims 4 not able to start a game (with report)

Just downloaded and installed sims 4 from here all the way to update 1.46 but whenever i try to start a new family it just disapears and i canot place it anywhere (there are no sims living in any of the lots ether)
any ideas?

Delete "GP02\__Installer" folder and those files:

Step 7 from installation guide. 
But there should be no problem from now on. Just make sure you copy files from new releases to right folder so they don't end up like that "__Installer" inside "GP02".
