Can't get downloaded lots to show in gallery..

I've downloaded some lots from the g4tw gallery pages and the sims resource, I placed them in the tray folder but for some reason they aren't showing up in my game.

I've clicked the 'include custom content' box in game and still nothing. 

Has anyone got any suggestions please?

I just downloaded, extracted and imported (with Tray Importer) without any problem a couple of lots from 96LangerLui99 uploaded here: https://www.games4theworld.club/t31771-games4theworld-the-sims-4-gallery-complete-creator-collections-updated-on-12-11-2018

Could you post a screenshot of your Tray folder?

Yes, it helps. You put them in "Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray\Tray". It should be just "Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray".

#4 here deals with the issue, though I'll see if I can improve the description a bit:

A.k.a. you are supposed to put the individual files (.trayitem, etc.) of these creator-downloads, into Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray. 

The reason I've left the "Tray"-folder in these Gallery-downloads is for ease of handling in my case. I just need to move these Tray-folders back-and-forth when I want to update the collections, and not do an intermediary step of marking the individual files inside the Tray-folders, and moving these around.
