Vampire Empty Vampire

i am trying to reset my sims vampire negative points but it won't let me with bucks.lock_all_perks_for_bucks_type 40962 554515030029501604 false it does nothing anyone got a idea how to reset them? i made my sim insasiable thurst which never seems to be full (unless i make her happy) please i want to change it!!! Haters gonna hate
