"Whoops, looks like something went wrong" error. [SOLVED]

Hello all,

I receive this error when trying to download the Sims 4 Get Famous and the latest update you guys have released:



I have tried through the torrent URL, magnet URL, direct download... still the same error.

I would really appreciate some help here. Thank you so much in advance and thank you for all your great work with these torrents!
