No more Built/Buy Mode after installing TS4 Get Famouse

Hi everyone !
After I installed Get Famous (no CC or Mods, I always remove them), the Buy and Built Mode are simply gone from the game !
Anybody knows what could have caused this ?

Try installing the newest update: https://www.games4theworld.club/t34601-the-sims-4-update-version-1-48-94-1020-out-now
