My Sims 4 Lags In Certain Areas

I want to say after I installed Seasons, I started getting lower frames in certain areas such as places in Willow Creek, San Myshuno, Definitely Brindleton Bay(Mostly In The Pets Square Where The Vet Is Located) and after the Get Famous DLC I lost a lot of frames Mostly In The City Area Where The Clubs Are Located. If anyone else experiences this is there a way to stop it.
