problem with installation sims 4

Hi! Ive installed the latest version up until get famous and the two updates, and Ive encountered these two problems!
one when clicking on TS_x64 (cant find an .exe) and when executing as said in another forum the  OrangeEmu rar archive another problem arise, soo i cant even start installing the game. THANKS!

You can't play the game because vredist files are not executed.

Missing MSVCR120.dll file

MSVCR120.dll is a part of Visual C++ 2013. Strangely enough this is no longer a standard part of Windows but it’s needed by many games. Do not try to download the missing file from any other source as it is included in your Sims 4 gameFor the Sims 4 act as follows:

That is a file that must be opened with Winrar.
From your pictures I see that you try to play directly from the mounted download in station F. So no need to open that file.[/size]

thank you! it worked, but now, when I click TS4 or TS4x64 the game just starts, do i copy to my computer or what? (i dont have ts4.exe or ts4x64.exe)

When it states Aplication it is an .exe
