Sims 3 Installation Problem?

Hi, today i was trying to install The Sims 3 Base game and whenever I try to start the setup, it goes into the uninstall wizard. I did have the game on my computer previously but deleted everything - the folder in the program files and control panel stuff. I'm kind of new to this stuff so any help would be appreciated. If you delete all the files, you don't uninstall the program from your system.
Never just delete the files, because that way your PC still thinks the game/program is on your PC. Always use the Uninstallation wizard.
Anyhow, please use "Your Uninstaller! Pro", which can be downloaded from www.games4theworld.org to actually "Uninstall" the game, even though you already deleted the "Uninstaller". This way your PC will also think you actually uninstalled the program and let you re-install it again.

Ps. Don't forget to restart your PC after uninstalling the game!
