Game won't load

I've recently uninstalled The Sims 4 cuz I f-ed something up when installing Get Famous and new update, so I've decided to install everything all over from the start. The problem I'm occuring now is that the game won't load. I press play at the main menu, and then that Sims sign pops up as if it's loading, beneath it it says 'Loading tip here'... It's been going on like that for half an hour at least, I've tried restarting it but nothing helps.

Run the validator (in quick scan mode) and post the result here.

Uninstall it, install game again and when you apply DLCs replace files, don't keep both.

Or use some other options like all-in-one from Tarac or my repack. Both are listed at the top of the guide here: https://www.games4theworld.club/t21806-must-read-how-to-install-the-sims-4-correctly
