.exe files missing
Hi upon updating my game to the latest patch with strangerville it got weird. Whenever my sister plays the game and since she has a different profile for our laptop the ts4_64.exe file goes missing. And when I play using my profile I only see the ts4.exe. Our laptop can run 64 bit so I wanted to use that I downloaded the game folder included in the strangerville patch but it happened again so I had to copy and paste the game folder everytime my sister runs the game on her profile. When it happened the first time I told my sister not to create any shortcuts and me as well but it still kept happening. Hoping for help. Thanks.

Add "Game\Bin" folder to exception list in anti-virus on your sister's profile.

It probably got deleted by Windows Defender and/or your other "security programs" (as a sidenote, these programs don't usually help when it comes to real virusses or malware, but they quickly delete harmless crack-files). A possible way of disabling Windows Defender under Windows 10, can be found here:

As for any other "security" programs you may have on either user account, you have to try doing research on your own, as to disabling it or adding "exclusions". You need to add the install folder of The Sims 4, to said exclusions.
And if you make it that far, you need to re-apply the Game\Bin stuff. You can simply take the destroyed files from the Strangerville repack (if you still have the original download), and then put them into your game installation.
Good luck!
Edit: anadius was faster than me there.
