Sims 4 Gallery

Hi, everyone.

I don't know if it's alright for me to ask it here, but I really have a problem with my Gallery on sims 4. Whenever I click Gallery, a dialog box would pop up saying I need to be "online" to be able to access the gallery, but I am actually connected to the internet. I downloaded the base game and all packs here from G4TW. 
Hope someone could help me. Thanks.

You're playing cracked game. You won't be able to open gallery. Check out those threads instead:

sorry, but I'm still confused. I actually downloaded the game from here (GM4TW). Do I need to uninstall the game that I downloaded from here and install the legit ones from Origin?

I don't know what you're reading but under those two links there's nothing about uninstalling the game.

Gallery won't work in cracked game. No matter where you get it from. You can just download tray files from the internet (I gave you two sources) and place them in "Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray".

What If I have the base game from origin and the packs are cracked? would the gallery work then?

Yeah. Open original game, download whatever you want from the gallery, close the game and open cracked one. Just be aware that when you don't own Cats & Dogs it removes them from downloaded households.
