Screen Shots not showing in any sims game

Hi guys! I hope you can help me with this. I was designing some stuff to the sims 2 today and took some screen shots. But, just like with the sims 4, non of the screen shots i takes show up. And i bet it is the same with sims 3 as well so I do not bother test that. I have tried to seek the screenshots, but it only shows the old screenshots, not the new once. I do not know what the heck happened after I shortly tested bullguard. Bullguard wast the most crappy antivirus software i have ever sen, caused a heck of problems, and after installing it, this happened including other issues, so that i uninstalled it. I checked if i had any left over files from Bullguard and the only thing i had was some kind of log, but i deleted it...I am awfully tired of this crap, I really want it solved..Please can someone help me solve this irritating issue...

The only thing that fixed this annoying issues on all my sims games, was to reintall all the sims games. Cased Closed!

I doubt that is going to be a longterm solution. Have you tried switching onto another Windows-account, and playing from there? To see if you get the same screenshot/save-issues there as well?
