Hi everyone,

I got some problem. Just reformat my laptop on Thursday and install The Sims 4 since yesterday.

I had followed all the instruction given on how to install TS4 properly.

After the last pack (TS4 Strangerville), I can't open the games.

Unable to start: [135dec40:29f00e76:00000084: 18a1dd51] Error_zpsodvovd1z

I didn't have an origin account, so I can't restart or delete any origin account.

I'm using Windows 10 Pro x64, GTX 1060 6gb, 24 gb ddr4 2133 mhz and 500 gb ssd m.2.

Please advice and guide me.

Thank you.

I manage to find a recent fix. All my files already exclude from windows security. However, there is some trick

Those who had a similar problem can try this option:

1. Open windows security
2. Go to virus & threat protection
3. Virus & threat protection and click manage settings
4. Click controlled folder access
5. Click allow apps through controlled folder access
6. Click add an allowed app, search for The Sims 4 x64 or your version in the Game folder under The Sims 4
7. Done!

Carlos is tha man!!!
