Invisible Townies

Ok got everything updated to the latest update ,, About half of my townies are invisible .
Like I go to a bar and when they come in the door I can see their chat bubble , after a few seconds they appear ,, then crash to desktop ..
I ran the validator and got this .

I don't know where those files came from , the city living folder ?
I got it from here though , this is the only place I downloaded the sims 4 ..

You probably copied it twice or something. Delete "the sims 4 city living". It won't fix your problem but it's better to clean up. It's either your mods or corrupted game files. Start the game without mods. If that doesn't help, run validator again, this time uncheck "quick scan".

Hey this has been happening since I first started downloading here ,, yeah 5 years ago .. lol
Ok when my sim goes to the shower they get undressed and freeze.
When they go to the pool they get into swim outfit and freeze.
when they go to the gym walk up to the machine , change clothes and freeze ..
Then I have to debug them , which stops the action .
I have had this so long that I kinda ignore it anymore .
Is there a fix for this ???

Ok Validator said no hash mismatch and no missing files ..
must be a bad mod ..
