'No Disc' on the Sims 3

I dowloaded the sims 3 complete collection and installed almost all of the expansion and stuff packs while following the installation guides. Everything was fine until I tried to load the game and it keeps giving me an error saying that there is no disc found. I already tried to install that NRass mod No Disc but it did not work. I couldn't find a guide online on how to use Power ISO.

Are you seeing a folder named #Crack inside your Complete Collection .rar? If so, there are two files in it, well technically 3. But you only need the TS3W.exe and TSLHost.dll. Copy the two files, and paste them under the default base game install location. For most people that will be C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin. Replace the existing files when prompted. Then test the game again.

Note: you should remove the NRAAS No-CD mod as well, in order for the procedure (I just described) to work. I don't have much experience with the NRAAS No-CD mod, but I know so much that you can't use the G4TW 'Ultimate Fix' in conjunction with that mod. You have to roll with just one method. And as far as the mod goes, I also believe you need to start the game from the launcher, instead of the TS3W.exe.
