Downloaded the Hotfix 1.51.

I downloaded the new update and now my game won't get past the loading screen.

Go to Documents\Electronic Arts and move The Sims 4 folder to desktop. This will start the game fresh, you can move saves back later. If that doesn't solve the problem, run the validator and post the result here.

It seems with almost every minipatch they release these days, there are problems with existing custom content items/mods. Major changes used to occur mostly with the release of actual DLC, but apparently times are changing as well. So people will have to go through the hassle of manually filtering out their stuff...more frequently I guess.

On the positive side, this will hopefully make people appreciate (good) CC more, and make them think about which - and how many - CC should be used in their actual setup.
