HotFix didn't work

When I installed the Get Together expansion, I had the LLamma issue but I could see all the new worlds. I then followed the directions for the hot fix to correct the issue but when I reloaded the game all those worlds were gone except, Oasis Springs, Willow Creek, and Magnolia Promangda. Can someone help with this please?

Hello and welcome to the forum,

Your "new" problem probably doesn't have anything to do, with what the hotfix was meant to fix originally. What is your anti-virus program, and have you made sure to add the install folder of "The Sims 4", to its exclusions ? This is very important, and here you have an introductory thread, into the subject matter:

Take your time for configuring your anti-virus and learning how to deal with it. After that, please re-apply the files from our "Get together"-release, so copy & paste them over your existing installation files of The Sims 4.
