The Sims 4 - Expansions Not Loading

Hi Everyone! 

I have downloaded the base game of The Sims 4 via games4theworld and I have read and completed the "How To Install The Sims 4 Correctly". I needed to move The Sims 4 directory folder into my other hard-drive as the C: drive was full - I believe I followed the installation guide correctly for that.

Anyway, the base game works completely fine but whenever I add expansions nothing shows up in-game. 

My Sims 4 directory folder is in: D:\Program Files (x86)\The Sims 4 - I have read that it needs to be out of the Electronic Arts folder which I made sure I did. I made sure to replace all content when putting the expansion packs into The Sims 4 folder also.

I believe I have followed all the steps correctly but I don't understand why the expansions packs are not showing up. 

omg!!! haha. turns out they were't working because of WinZip. WinZip wasn't showing the folders each file sits in. I was transferring every single file into the main The Sims 4 directory folder, so my The Sims 4 folder had like 40 files.
