Dine Out: Waiters don't take orders

Waiters are not taking orders, they are just doing random stuff. They do not attend to other customers also.

Delete those files:
game/bin/core/winhttp.dll
game/bin/python33.dll
game/bin/python33_x64.dll

If that doesn't help, go to Documents\Electronic Arts and move The Sims 4 folder to desktop. This will start the game fresh, you can move saves back later. If that still doesn't solve the problem, run the validator again, this time uncheck "quick scan".

Okay so deleting those 3 files didn't help but moving the folder to desktop solved the problem. I think one of my mods broke Dine Out but I cannot pinpoint which one. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks you!
