Kitchen Stuff broken content

Hello

For some reason any time a sim in my town is wearing something specific to the Kitchen Stuff pack it comes up broken (the red/white question mark overlay) and I'm unable to place things from buy/build mode from this pack. Could this be an error on my part in how I installed, somehow I skipped Get Famous so I'm downloading and installing right now OR is there a mod/script I have causing this?

Go to Documents\Electronic Arts and move The Sims 4 folder to desktop. This will start the game fresh, you can move saves back later. If that doesn't solve the problem, run the validator (uncheck "quick scan"!) and post the result here.
